1950 Hudson Speedometer & Clock - Cleaned Tested - Very Nice

Description

This is a manual stem wind clock.
Clock has been disassembled, cleaned, bench tested.
Lubricated the movement's balance wheel, oscillator bar, escapement drive gear and gear pivot holes with synthetic watch oil.
Clock has been run over 3 days - keeps good time.
Chrome bezel is in very nice condition.
Glass lens has no cracks or breaks, nice clear glass..
Very nice colors, lettering and markings on the clock face and hands. Not perfect as there is some cracks in the black paint that looks as if the paint has shrunk.
Time adjustment and slow/fast adjustment works.
Metal housing was media cleaned and has no damage.
Speedometer was disassembled, cleaned, inspected, bench tested.
Chrome bezel is in very nice condition.
Glass lens has no cracks or breaks, nice clear glass..
Very nice colors, lettering and markings on the speedometer face.

Chucked the speedometer in an electric drill and ran the drill varying the speed for 3 miles and the needle rises and falls with the varying speed and the odometer advances from tenths to miles.
Metal housing was media cleaned and has no damage.
Overall a very well preserved clock and speedometer - Hard to find in this nice of condition.
