German WWII Matching Numbers Carl Eickhorn Combat Bayonet K98 1939 3747g

Description

German WWII K98 matching numbers combat bayonet complete with scabbard and leather frog.
Blade is edged but not sharpened with tip intact.  Year and manufacturer marked 1939 Carl Eickhorn with serial number 7347g.  Bakelite grips, original blueing and stud that functions smoothly.  Scabbard is marked 7347g and is well preserved with hardly any dents or oxidation.  Leather frog has leather strap intact and stitching that is worn.  One small repair using brass wire as pictured.  Feel free to message for additional photograph of 1939 (39) stamp on side of blade.
