Up for sale is the nicest fireman’s portepee you will ever find. I try very hard to not throw the word “mint” around very easily. But this portepee is flat out gorgeous. The leather is still soft and pliable and will look wonderful around your sword or bayonet. Tremendous opportunity to find an uncommon portepee in even more uncommon shape. 9/10 of the portepee’s I see on eBay are roached out and nasty. This one is stunning.
