The item that is offered is a cute and funny, vintage 1980’s, chrome, Ambassador Cards, Hallmark, birthday greeting card.  It features a very animated, decorated birthday cake with arms, gloved hands, legs, and shoed feet waking through colorful confetti and streamers.  FYI, the front of the card is more yellow in reality than it photographed.
