Description

This WW2 German 84/98 Bayonet Scabbard is in fair condition but does show signs of poor storage over the years. It is clearly marked "41 fnj" which denote production by Alexander Coppel. Light pitting from rust can be seen over most of the scabbard's body though none is serious or presenting any structural issues. The retention screw is easily removed but sadly the internal retention spring appears to be stuck in place. There is a small amount of original bluing present near the frog stud. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
