WWII GERMAN 98K MAUSER BAYO W/ MATCHING NUMBERED SCABBARD & TROPICAL WEB FROG

Description

Excellent condition and guaranteed original WWII German 98k Mauser bayonet that is complete with matching numbered scabbard. Bayonet is marked “44asw” on the left ricasso for manufacture by Eu.F. Horster in 1944. Blade has nice original blue metal finish showing very little wear. Tip has a slight ding. Remaining metal finish is excellent original blue. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit, lock button functions fine. Matching numbered steel scabbard is also marked “44asw”. Scabbard has excellent original blue finish and no dents. Also complete with rare original Afrika Korps tropical web frog that shows a little normal wear and staining. A nice WWII German 98k Mauser bayonet with matching numbers.
