Description

WWII German Mauser M1884/98 Bayonet with Scabbard. Ricasso is unmarked. The brown grips are solid with some light scratches and nicks. The blade has not been sharpened, the tip is a little sharp, the finish looks good with just a few age spots. Lock button is functional and has "6991" on the inside edge. The scabbard is solid with three dents on the backside and the frog stud is a little bent. Length of the blade measures 9 7/8" (1" wide x 3/16" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 15 3/16", and overall in the scabbard it is 15 15/16".
